lipid used for energy storage

Lipids are one of the principal structure components of living cells which includes fats, waxes, fat-soluble vitamins, and monoglycerides. Triglycerides are a major form of energy storage in plants and animals and it is obtained from food high in calories, sugar, saturated fats and trans fats.
