commensalism

Commensalism is type of relationship between two organisms in which one benefits without harming or affecting the other. An example would be the relationship between birds and ants. When an army of ants raids an area, they stir up various insects, giving the birds an opportunity to catch those insects. The birds benefits from the ants' action but the ants are not affected.
